Role in Story: Friend to Eric with his own drama going on. He’s never had his own place for any extended period and has worked various jobs because he doesn’t know how to keep one. He normally lives with other women for as long as he can before he does something stupid and gets kicked out. He doesn’t respect women for real, and they are just sexual conquests to him. He has problems paying bills on time and is controlling in situations where he doesn’t need to be controlling—only his boys and sometimes his mother can keep him grounded.
Goal: He’s on a quest to find himself. Unfortunately, he’s been on that quest since graduating high school.
Physical Description: 5’8” 211 Pounds. Short haircut. He dresses, however, because he’s never in a place long enough to keep clothes. The clothes he has are either donated or bought by his friends.
Personality: He’s always got something funny and sometimes sarcastic to say. He’s controlling with his mom and sisters with pushback. He also tries to assert authority with every woman he lives with as if he contributes to the household. Every time his mother allows him to stay, he tries to push his so-called “authority” on the household until he’s kicked out. He’s a habitual hobosexual. His father’s side of the family taught him how to treat women because his uncle is a pimp. His friends are the only ones he listens to.
Occupation: (Mostly Between Jobs)
Habits/Mannerisms: Controlling (Bossy) over folks he has no power over. He knows everything. He always wants people to feel sorry for him. He is Misogynistic and doesn’t finish anything he starts.
Background: His mother raised him, though his father constantly tried to control his mother’s way of raising him. While she retained custody, his visits didn’t help. With his father’s influence, in addition to his pimp uncle’s adding to influence, he got his way with women from there. While he wanted an education, he was convinced college wasn’t for him. The friends he grew up with were his only stability away from home. Their parents somehow got him to behave at their houses.
Internal Conflicts: He doesn’t know what’s real and what isn’t when it comes to how he lives. He doesn’t know how to live for himself.
External Conflicts: He has beef with anyone who doesn’t see his way. Highly controlling and wants to know everyone’s business.
