Role in Story: Shavon’s best friend who’s going to be the most vocal in getting her beyond this issue. She will navigate her divorce from Football Player Omar Boaz, Running Back For The Buffalo Bills, and raising their daughter as co-parents.
Goal: To assist her friend and co-parent their daughter, with Omar being controlling and sometimes verbally abusive. She wants to start her own clothing line for plus-sized women with large feet but doesn’t know how.
Physical Description: 5’7”, 210 lbs. Size 10 Show. Large Breasts, Large Butt.
Personality: Strong-willed, over-opinionated, and always defensive after a wild divorce from an abusive marriage.
Occupation: Stay-at-home mom.
Habits/Mannerisms: Strong-willed. Always have an opinion about something. I am willing to debate you. Overly sarcastic.
Background: Born in Buffalo, New York, before going to Mizzou to meet football player Omar Boaz. Omar still wanted to live in St. Louis when he got drafted, so Latrese moved there. She liked it after the two split up, so she decided to stay. The abuse was publicized, so she got custody of her daughter, and he got a massive reprimand from the NFL.
Internal Conflicts: Keeping life together for herself and her daughter while forging out chapter two of her life. This is in addition to helping Shavon.
External Conflicts: Assisting Shavon in her life while navigating her own.
