The Meadowlark Group

Established by Ronald Reagan in 1983, its original purpose was for those working with the Secretary of State in planning summits between world leaders and small CIA operations.

By 1986, the government allowed access for scientific research funded by public money. One of its biggest projects was for the president's Star Wars SDI initiative. This in addition to government funded medical research was added in 1987 with lead scientist Elliott Reiker in charge. Throughout the 80s it was the centerpiece for all of its function. This was before Iran-Contra happened and it was infiltrated by spies and corrupt government officials who now used the organization as a way to turn a profit selling secrets and other assets to foreign governments.

The assets included but not limited to: weapons, secret identities of CIA operatives abroad, secret CIA safhouses/strongholds, codes to certain documents and so much more. After the hearings, an investigation was lost and it wasn't until George H.W. Bush was sworn in a huge changes started coming. Elliot Reiker, the chief scientist in charge of government research was tasked in charge of finding the mole or moles there of.

Dr. Reiker was successful in rooting out a lot of the moles at the Meadowlark Group but by the time it was close to identifying the main guy in charge, he disappeared. After two weeks of not showing up to work, agents went to his apartment to find it ransacked and it looked liked a robbery except money and valuables were still intact. The strangest part is, the apartment was tagged with gang graffiti.

It was then, the Secretary of State was brought in to "clean house". This time, putting Elliott Reiker's grandson Maxwell Reiker in charge. However, he remembered a friend he met abroad who trained CIA agents, named Patricia Morgan. He called for her to run the Meadowlark Group with. Being a young genius in his twenties, he needed someone older with more experience to assist him he could trust. In addition, she provided the security they needed to not be killed.

Patricia Morgan was widely trusted for her moral compass and her ability to train CIA agents to have them. That puts her at odds with many higher ups but every Secretary of State from James Baker on has trusted her to do her job. By the time she recruited Sergeant Wiseguy, she and Reiker had weeded out seventy-five percent of the corruption within the Meadowlark Group.

Along with Reiker, Morgan put together a small team led by Sergeant Wiseguy filled with members she could trust for smaller missions to take out terrorist targets. They act where her crew of CIA agents around the world couldn't.

Perched right in the middle of Downtown St. Louis, The Meadowlark Group is a mystery to most folks. Many believe it's a think tank while others believe it's a secret spy organization.  What it's evolved into is a three ring circus of affairs.

  • Government Funded Medical/Scientific/Battleground Research & Development.
  • Foreign Relations/UN Duties: Provider Security For Foreign Dignitaries When Visting The U.S.; Prepare The Agenda For Summits & Other Meetings Of Foreign Dignitaries; Set Up Peace Negotiations Between Waring Nations; Provider Security To The Secretary Of The U.N.
  • Counter-Terrorism: With Over 22,000 CIA agents all over the world, Patricia Morgan is in charge of about 10,000 of them. They're either undercover, on missions or serve as back up (along with American troops) for Morgan's smaller group. She has a smaller group consisting of Scott Tarkker, Ashley Jones, Bryan Morgan, Maxwell Reiker (Occassionally), and led by Sergeant Wiseguy.
