The Sergeant Wiseguy Chronicles is the classified journal of American Special Agent Sergeant Wiseguy and his many classified missions. A special agency immediately recruited former Army Special Forces Ranger Sergeant Wiseguy upon retirement. He's recruited by the Meadowlark Group, a privately government-funded organization sanctioned for three specific tasks. Government funded scientific and medical research. Many of the research is for battlefield testing devices and gear, while most of it is medical and various scientific research. The second function is foreign relations, which is sanctioned and paid for by the Secretary of State's office. Their job is to sanction peace negotiations, set up the American side of foreign summits and provide security for foreign dignitaries here and American dignitaries abroad. Finally, there's the anti-terrorism division. There are two factions in this. First, the organization acts as a supervisor to all the CIA units throughout the world, including Meadowlark Agent Supervisors. Then, there's a secret clandestine unit headed by Sergeant Wiseguy.

     That unit comprises handpicked specialists and former military from around the world. Sergeant Wiseguy's leadership skills led to his heading up this organization. His major talent is battlefield strategist (which first earns him the nickname). He can come up with the best last-minute plans under pressure to keep his unit alive. Second, he earns his name because of his sarcastic nature.

      His first mission started on his first day of work, when a nuclear warhead (stolen from the former Soviet Union in 1991) is discovered in Paris and undercover agents are suddenly missing, Sergeant Wiseguy is recruited to go to Paris to assist.  There, he meets an old lover assumed deceased whom he must work with to learn the plans for the nuclear warhead.  He finds out the werhead is stolen by the Red Puma Brigade Terrorist Group.

     The team must stop the Red Puma Brigade before the plans for the nuclear warhead are executed. 

     Then, some time later, the Red Puma Brigade reengineers a variant of the bubonic plague and unleashes it upon the East Coast with an ultimatum ready for when people get start getting sick and dying. At the same time, Sergeant Wiseguy is on vacation in San Francisco for a star-studded Luther Vandross tribute concert on Alcatraz Island.  To ensure he wouldn't be called in, the Red Puma hired an assassin who's code name is The War-Hawk.

      This will break into more Sergeant Wiseguy missions after these two are reublished.
